Will Lady Gaga Have A Cameo In Zoolander 2?

Filed under dreams we hope come true: Not only has a sequel to the runaway 2001 hit movie Zoolander been given a green light, there’s also the possibility that Lady Gaga will have a part in it!
Monsters and Critics reports that Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller, who starred in the first movie as male models Hansel (so hot right now) and Derek Zoolander respectively are eager to get started on this film’s production. It’s expected to hit theaters some time in 2012, and as far as Wilson is concerned, it just won’t be complete without everyone’s favorite mother monster:

Gaga has to be in it. The movie will happen soon. I just saw Ben and I think that people will be happy with some of this new stuff we have.

As far as i s concerned, we won’t be completely happy if Lady Gaga isn’t in the movie. Below, five roles we thinks he might play.
Fashion Critic Gaga: The style of Lady Gaga, the visceral honesty of Cathy Horyn and the cultural relevance of, well, Lady Gaga. Only fiction can handle it.
Couture Designer Gaga: It’s pretty clear the Lady knows her way around needle and thread, bowls full Swarovski crystals and a pair of pinking shears. Why not put those talents to good use portraying yet another designer hell bent on killing the Malaysian prime minister?
Cameo Gaga: She could totally just be Lady Gaga. She wouldn’t even have to speak.
What part would you like to see her play in this movie? Or do you even want to see her in it at all?

Anna Wintour And Grace Coddington In Candy

Spoofs of Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington are a dime a dozen — perhaps because everyone in the fashion industry either wants to be the top dogs at Vogue or simply dislikes them intensely — so it’s pretty outstanding to see one that isn’t just like the rest. Enter the genius mind of Brett Lloyd, who shot a few dudes posing as the two queens regnant of American fashion for Candy magazine.
Candy, as you might remember, brought us those fantastic pictures ‘Lady Gaga’ using a toilet standing up and James Franco covered in makeup and women’s clothing. The James Franco issue is a tribute the icons of the fashion industry, and as delightfully irreverant as Lloyd’s concept is, it’s also pretty spot on. The styling and casting both are pin-perfect — and look how cute their stand in for Tavi Gevinson is.......(?!)
